LIKBF Open Tournaments
Kayak Anglers can put their skills to the test against other kayak bass anglers on the tournament level. LIKBF Open events are open to all anglers who wish to compete in a one time, in person event hosted by the Long Island Kayak Bass Fishing Club.
Traditionally, LIKBF hosts the first Open Tournament in April on the Peconic River in Calverton, New York.
There are no minimum age limits; however all competitors under age 18 must be supervised at all times during competition by either a parent or guardian or by an adult designee.
Cash awards, Trophies and physical products from our sponsors are given out to the winners of the event and random prizes are given out as well to other competitors. The highest placing angler who has never been an LIKBF before, will be entitled to win a free membership that year. (Only available in the Spring Open) $100 Value.
